kiraya.io

The property game where the deal matters more than the dice.

A free online board game for 2–8 friends. Roll, buy, build — then out-negotiate the table. No account, no download.

A trading game first

Win it at the table, not on the dice

kiraya.io is a free browser property-trading game where the deal you negotiate can matter more than the square you land on. You roll, buy cities, charge rent and build hotels like the classic board game — but the game is won in the deals.

Offer any player a mix of cash and deeds. They can accept, decline or send a counteroffer with their own terms. Pass on a property and the whole table bids for it at auction. Even the bots bargain.

Delhi would finish Mira’s India set. That’s worth far more than its printed price, so you counter.

Questions

Frequently asked

Is kiraya.io free?

Yes. kiraya.io is completely free to play, with no account, no sign-up, no download and nothing to buy.

Is kiraya.io a Monopoly alternative?

Yes. kiraya.io is a free online alternative to Monopoly and similar roll-and-buy property trading board games. The board, city names, theme and several rules are original, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by Hasbro. What carries over is the shape people know: roll, move, buy, charge rent, build, trade, and be the last one solvent.

How is kiraya.io different from Richup.io?

Both are free browser property games. kiraya.io puts negotiation first: trades mix cash and deeds with counteroffers, and bots bargain too. It also lays the board out portrait on phones, and every game can have a round limit so it finishes in an evening.

How do I play with friends online?

Enter a name, choose Private game, and share the five-letter room code or invite link. Friends open the link on any phone or computer and join instantly. Empty seats can be filled with bots.

How many people can play?

Between 2 and 8 players per room, in any mix of people and bots. You can also play alone against bots.

Can I play on my phone?

Yes. kiraya.io runs in the phone’s browser, and the board switches to a portrait layout so the squares stay readable. Nothing to install.

How long does a game take?

Usually 20 to 40 minutes. The host can set a limit of 20, 40 or 60 rounds, or none. When the limit is reached the player with the highest net worth wins.

What does “kiraya” mean?

Kiraya is the Hindi and Urdu word for rent. In much of India the roll-and-buy property game is simply called Business, and kiraya.io is a free browser game in that family.
