Quick Monopoly-style games and custom house rules
Make a quick Monopoly-style game with a round limit, or set starting cash, player count, building and trading rules before the first roll.
Create a custom roomRules the host can set
The lobby lets the host choose a map, private or public visibility, player capacity, starting cash, bot difficulty and core table rules. Advanced settings are visible to every player before the game begins.
Make a fast or long game
A lower round limit creates a shorter game. Starting cash, property auctions, trading, mortgages, even building, building supply and vacation-pot rules can change how the table feels.
Agree before the first roll
Use the lobby settings as the source of truth for the game you are about to play. The guides describe standard rules, but the visible room settings take priority.
Changing rules without breaking the game
The settings interact more than they look like they do. Raising starting cash and keeping a short round limit produces a game where nobody is ever under pressure; unlimited building supply plus a long round limit produces one that ends in a hotel arms race. If you are unsure, run the standard table once and change the single thing your group complained about afterwards.
