These notes describe the version served by this application. Older rooms can retain the rules they started with.
How to read these notes
These notes describe the version this server is currently running, which is the one you get when you load the page. Games already in progress keep the rules they started with, so a change published mid-session does not alter a room that is already playing. There are no version numbers to pin: the site deploys as one piece and the most recent entry is always what is live. Rooms do not survive a deploy either: because game state lives in memory rather than a database, publishing a change ends any game currently running, which is why changes go out when the site is quiet.
