The host can customise the table
The lobby shows starting cash, room capacity, map, bot difficulty and rule settings. Advanced options include round and wealth finish lines, quick draft, building supplies, shrinking turn clocks and alternate pot payouts. Weighted pot draws favour lower net-worth ranks; trailing-player payouts always select the player behind. These settings are visible to all participants.
Read the rules before starting
Sealed all-pay auctions, debt gambling, biased dice, catch-up Surprise effects and hazardous Doomsday tiles are disabled in the standard game. They are not hidden advantages in a normal match. A host cannot enable these through the current lobby.
Settings worth changing first
If the standard table is not working for your group, the round limit is the setting to reach for: it decides how long a game runs more than anything else. Starting cash changes the opening rather than the length, and turning auctions off makes for a gentler, slower game in which passing on a property is free. Change one at a time — several at once and nobody can tell which one made the difference.
