Kiraya property trading guide
Learn how offers, counteroffers, cash, deeds, mortgages and complete property sets work in Kiraya trades.
Play a gameMake an offer with a purpose
Choose a player, select cash and eligible deeds from each side, then send the offer. The recipient can accept, decline or return a counteroffer. Nothing moves until an offer is accepted.
Trading limits
Players cannot trade deeds they do not own. Properties with buildings in their colour set must be cleared first, and cash must be available when the offer is accepted.
Value the whole set
A scattered deed and the final piece of a set are not equivalent. Consider building costs, cash reserves, the opponent’s likely development and the remaining turns.
The trade that loses you the game
The most common way a good player loses is a trade that looks even on value and is not even on position. Handing over the last deed in someone's colour group is worth far more to them than the printed price suggests, because it unlocks building and multiplies their rent several times over. Before accepting, look at what the other side can build immediately afterwards and what they will have left to build it with.
