Start here if you have never played

Read how to play, then open guided practice. The tutorial runs inside a real private game against an easy bot with the turn timer switched off, so you can take as long as you like over a decision and still be learning the actual game rather than a simplified version of it.

Start here if you know the genre

If you have played a property-trading board game before, the rules will be familiar and the house-rules page is the one worth reading: it lists what a standard Kiraya table does by default and which of those a host can change. The differences from what you are used to live there, not in the basic turn.

Guides by the decision you are stuck on

• Someone passed on a property and now it is being auctioned
• You want a deed another player owns

The room always wins the argument

These guides describe the standard rules. A host can change a lot of them before the first roll, and when they do, the settings shown in your lobby are the rules of that game. The guides tell you what a setting means; the lobby tells you which ones are on.
