Where Kiraya puts its effort is trading. Any player can offer any other a mix of cash and deeds from both sides, the other can accept, decline or counter, and bots answer offers too. With auctions on, as on the standard table, passing on a property puts it up for the whole table to bid on.

Play a few turns of each with the same people. Look at how quickly everyone gets into one room, how the board reads on the smallest phone, and whether trading feels like part of the game or a menu nobody opens.
