Layover (space 10) — World Tour reference
What the rest space at position 10 on Kiraya's World Tour map does when you land on it.
Learn by playingLayover is space 10 of 36 on Kiraya's World Tour map, and it is a rest space. Nobody can own it, so it charges no rent and never changes hands.
The vacation pot
Under standard rules, taxes and several fees collect in a pot, and landing on Layover pays it out. It is the largest single swing on the board that nobody can plan for, and the pot's current size is shown on the tile during a game.
The host chooses who receives it: whoever landed on the space, whoever is last by net worth, or a weighted draw that favours players who are behind. There is also an optional cap that pays the pot out early once it grows past a set size, so a jackpot nobody happens to land on cannot sit growing all game.
